Michael L. Avery received his masters of theological studies from Boston College in 2011 and a bachelor of arts in religious studies from St. Edward’s University in 2009. His research interests include ecclesiology, Vatican II, postmodern theology and 20th century theologians. Michael has done such things as work for America Magazine, founded the Boston College graduate journal, Lumen et Vita, and taught high school theology at St. Michael’s Catholic Academy. As a native Texan, Michael enjoys warm weather, breakfast tacos and cheering for the Houston Texans.
